RESERVATION POLICY
Directions & Parking
We are situated in Shoreline 1, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
Valet parking is available for a fee of AED20 per vehicle.
Self-parking is available at both Shoreline 1 and neighboring Azure Residences.
Hours
Monday to Friday 10 AM to 12 AM
Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 12 AM
Dress Code
Our dress code is casual.
Beachwear is welcome until sundown when guests should arrive showing appropriate evening wear.
National dress is welcome.
Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed once we have called the guest one day prior, or made for the same day (autoconfirm).
Reservations will always be sent a confirmation e-mail.
Cancelation and No-Shows ( Group of 8 guests and above)
Any booking cancelation has to be done one day prior to the booking date. If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking date and time. It will be considered a late cancelation, and a fee of AED50 per person will be charged to the guest. If the guests fail to arrive for the reservation and do not notify the reservation team in advance. It will be considered a “No Show” and the guest will be charged AED100 per person.
Table Holding
We will hold tables for 15 minutes, after this we will release the table.
Dining Experience
For groups up eight people the dining experience is 2 hours.
For larger groups, the dining experience is 3 hours.
Age
Children are welcome in the restaurant up to 10 pm, after which all guests should be 21 years old and above.
Last Order
Last order for food – Monday to Thursday: 9:45 PM
Last order for food – Friday to Sunday: 10:45 PM
Last order for drinks – Daily: 11:45 PM
Smoking
Electronic cigarettes are allowed in the restaurant. Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas.
Set Menu
Set menus are offered to groups of 8 guests and above.
Lost and Found
Lost property, confirmed as found, will be kept safe and can be collected during operating hours. In some cases, proof of ownership may be requested.
Cakes
If you wish to bring a cake, there is a corkage of AED300 per cake. A waiver will require signing.
We can provide specialty cakes for AED350, suitable for up to ten people. Please enquire upon booking.
Decorations
Celebratory décor is allowed. Please enquire upon booking.
Entry Refusal
Bookings do not guarantee entry. Highly intoxicated, aggressive, or rude behavior will be refused entry.
